A fresh beginning
To say I’ve not been well recently is a bit of an understatement! A few months ago I found myself spending a Saturday night in my local cardiac ward in Kilmarnock. I couldn’t believe it as I spent a few nights in there as they said I had a Non-Stemi heart attack & I was being treated for that.
Fast Forward a few months and now I have been diagnosed with Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (heart disease). Due to me feeling a bit blah & looking for something to keep me busy I’ve finally decided to properly get back to blogging & have spent the last few days reinstalling plugins & WordPress to do exactly that. I even have a new home page showing off my favourite games
So what’s with the ODST picture?
I was outside in recent stormy weather when I thought about getting back to blogging, instead of just having a landing page & whilst I was walking this image popped up in my head of someone trying to get somewhere in less than favourable weather which Scotland can have at this time of year.
So what is your blog about?
People are probably going to ask me exactly that, and its mostly going to be gaming related posts, with some stuff thrown in about being Scottish & me expressing my opinion on politics, especially when it crosses the line & someone decides to blame gaming for something else. I’ve recent become interested in cosplay & 3D printing. There’s so much cool stuff out there that I want to talk about.
One last thing
I’ve been trying to express myself more so I have taken to posting gaming video’s of the games I have been playing on Tik Tok, sharing them on Facebook as reels & learning how 3D printers work cos I want a new hobby. I’ve found myself playing Halo Infinite as a bit of a crutch recently to take my mind of my health & the worries it has caused.
